Split Peas - 5kg

This ancestral legume is native to the Middle East. Green pea seed is harvested when ripe. It becomes a split pea after a breaking phase, thus freeing it from its envelope. Split peas can be eaten mashed or in soup, offering interesting natural properties (protein, fiber and vitamins) and gluten-free.
