“La Chablaisienne” wild crayfish bisque

This unique and original bisque is made according to a historic Savoyard recipe with wild crayfish and fish from Lake Geneva which come from artisanal and responsible fishing. The wild crayfish bisque "La Chablaisienne" won the silver medal at the national competition "Les Epicures de l'Epicerie Fine 2018" in Paris.
