This bar is a perfect alliance between our Grand cru Tsarafandray 75% chocolate and the wild red Voatsiperifery pepper from Madagascar, just roasted. The Voatsiperifery is the fruit of a vine. It grows on the tall trees of the tropical forest, in the hot and humid regions of the south-east of the island of Madagascar. It is a rare product because the harvest is always difficult. The lianas are sometimes inaccessible, being able to grow up to 20 meters.
