Paragraph 47 RIESLING

The story of §47. §47 is a registered trademark and is based on the German Wine Ordinance. The production of non-alcoholic wine is regulated by law in Germany. § 47 of the German Wine Ordinance explicitly regulates the provisions for alcohol-free wine. According to this, alcohol-free wines must first be pressed and then obtained by removing alcohol. That's why we're called §47 - Wine is law.
