ACEITE DE OLIVA VIRGEN EXTRA – ARRONIZ – MILVUS – Botella 250 ml

Very exclusive and very limited variety in the central area of Navarre and on the shore. Large century-old olive trees, hand-picked. Oil with a slightly fruity taste. It has hints of almond. In the mouth, its initial sweetness quickly becomes moderately bitter, we finally notice its spicier nuances. It contains a very balanced composition of fatty acids, with less saturated fatty acids than other oils. HAS, in addition, a high content of oleic acid, as well as polyphenols total (greater than 500 ppm.) and other natural antioxidants.
