Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the Picual variety, from olives in full veraison picked from the tree during NOVEMBER/DECEMBER at the Cortijo de El Derramadero (Jaén). This oil has softer organoleptic properties. Highly versatile, it is recommended both for eating raw (on toast, dressings, sauces and creams...) and for stews and frying. Its high resistance to degradation by heat and its mild aroma also make it highly recommended for frying. With medium/high fruity aromas of tomato, with notes of nuts, with a marked personality.
