Black Garlic La Lautrecoise

Black garlic in the shirt, 80g net, i.e. around 25 cloves (equivalent to 3 heads). The packaging in verrine allows a very long conservation of the beans which thus keep all their soft liquorice. Made exclusively from pink garlic from our farm, La Lautrecoise black garlic has undergone more than a month of ripening. Perfect in salads, in sauces, both savory and sweet, black garlic deliciously flavors a number of dishes, bringing them balsamic and woody notes. A pure delight for gourmets.
