Black truffle honey

The black truffle of Provence is an infinite source of inspiration for aix&terra. Playing on the contrasts of flavors, we combine the powerful flavors of tuber melanosporum with the sweetness of honey. Made in the Alpes de Haute Provence, acacia honey is mixed with finely chopped black truffles to enhance the taste of this subtle blend.
