Alcalá Oliva has selected this authentic Sherry Vinegar with Designation of Origin. It is obtained through the acetic fermentation of wines and aged in oak barrels, under traditional practices that confer it its own organoleptic and analytical characteristics and a bright amber-mahogany colour. - Tasting notes: Intense but pleasant acetic aroma, slightly alcoholic, with intense notes of dried fruit, raisins, liquorice, and oak. - Serving suggestions: Perfect dressing for salads, reductions, sauces, and preparation of cold soups, such as gazpacho or salmorejo.
