Sweet and sour pickles 72CL - 360G

Our fresh gherkins are prepared according to a traditional recipe from Alsace which respects a clever balance of vinegar and sugar to obtain a subtle sweet and sour taste while retaining the crunchiness of the gherkins. They are the result of a 25-year partnership with farmers in Germany, close to our border company. The pickles are grown in the open fields and harvested by hand according to a precise size. They are then sorted, cleaned and pasteurized. With just the right amount of acidity, sweet and sour pickles have the great taste of tradition.
