Our pickles are the result of a 25-year partnership with farmers in Germany, close to our border company. The gherkins are grown in open fields and harvested by hand according to a precise size. They are then sorted, cleaned, cut into strips and pasteurized.Our fresh pickles are prepared according to an ancestral recipe from Alsace which respects a clever balance of vinegar and sugar to obtain a subtle sweet and sour taste while retaining the crunchiness of the pickles.
