Our organic Alsace pickles are prepared fresh according to a sweet and sour recipe (subtle balance between vinegar and sugar) with a touch of dill. Alélor is committed to relaunching the Alsatian pickle industry with the help of a partner farmer. Soft and crunchy, our fresh pickles are grown in open fields in the heart of Alsace. The harvest is daily by hand depending on the sizes. Firm and crunchy, they can be enjoyed in your salads, burgers and sandwiches and with your charcuterie platters.
