Cranberry extra jam N ° 10

My favorite classic jam! Very different from the classic blueberry. Here we use the European cranberry not the Canadian one which gives a very different taste. Intense taste, slightly sour with scents of undergrowth. Delicious on yoghurt or on bread, but also perfect as a combination with fresh and medium-aged cheeses. Try it it will amaze you!
