Vacuum-packed slice of about 400 gr. It is almost pinkish white: sometimes you can have it lucky to find the so-called "stripe" of an intense pink colour which increases the visual beauty and adds flavor to the taste. The part the upper part is covered with a good thickness of grey-black sea salt to the appearance for the spices with which it is soaked. The thickness of the piece (from about 0.5 to 1 Kg.) varies from 4 to 8 cm.
