Sun-Dried Tomatoes Olive Oil 1700g

Our sun-dried tomatoes are dried naturally. 

The slow drying allows them to lose water to gradually obtain their strong taste and their typical bright red color. 

One of their best qualities is their perfect consistency. 

They are processed and enriched with wine, spices and other aromas. Olive oil is added to our dried tomatoes, which further accentuates their flavor thanks to the low acidity. 

They are perfect not only as an appetizer, for example on a slice of homemade bread, but also for seasoning pasta or other recipes, such as stuffed aubergines with tuna and dried tomatoes, crepes with dried tomatoes, courgettes and ricotta, risotto with dried tomatoes or spaghetti with this delicious specialty and anchovies.
