The Viking Artisans du Sel recipe is a subtle blend of curry, onion, black pepper from Madagascar and salt smoked over beech wood in our workshop. It is the Nordic mix, we recommend it on all kinds and cooking of potatoes and white meats. Accompaniment idea: Steamed early potatoes, fresh cream and Viking salt. The grinder is double grind and refillable. Store in a dry place.
