A salt flavored with spices in the pure Nordic tradition. It is used in many traditional dishes in Norway. This is a long-forgotten recipe for smoked salt flavored with pine and black pepper, from which emerges an intense and deep flavor of smoke and resin. It is recommended for soups, stews and sauces in general. Both strong and delicate, its taste goes very well with potatoes, boiled eggs and salmon, of course.
