
Our sea salts come from the Missolonghi basin, a protected natural area in the northwest of Greece. 100% natural and without added aroma, their purity and rarity make them exceptional salts. Our pyramidal salts are the result of a rigorous process that consists of recovering seawater during a given period so that their salinity remains constant. This seawater is then slightly heated under specific temperature and pressure conditions to form a perfect pyramidal crystal. These pure salts reveal an exceptional crunchiness. Our smoking is 100% natural (without aroma or coloring) and carried out cold in beech wood for 140 hours, which offers intense and powerful aromas in the mouth.
