Early season harvest Juan Arbelaez, chef of our Yaya restaurants, has selected Kalios Bio extra virgin olive oil for you. A monovarietal oil produced from freshly harvested green Koroneiki olives at the very start of the season in Greece. It reveals aromas of fresh herbs and a subtly peppery finish. Ideal for your tomato, carpaccio and fresh cheese salads. With a very low acidity level, less than 0.35%, it ranks among the great olive oil vintages.
