Our sea salts come from the Missolonghi basin, a protected natural area in the northwest of Greece. 100% natural and with no added flavor, their purity and rarity make them exceptional salts. Our pyramidal salts are the result of a rigorous process which consists in recovering seawater during a given period so that their salinity remains constant. This seawater is then slightly heated under specific temperature and pressure conditions to form a perfect pyramid crystal. These pure salts reveal an exceptional crunch. Its black color is obtained thanks to the 100% natural cuttlefish ink which brings a salty and iodized taste.
