Bardu - Thistle honey - Made in Italy - 250g

Coming exclusively from wild bees near rivers and in the deepest desert of Sardinia. Raw thistle honey is prized by locals for both its cardiovascular benefits and sweet but spicy aroma. The cinnamon smell and sweet taste make it a perfect match for stronger cheeses. It is raw (untreated) and produced from GMO-free and glyphosate-free soils. Furthermore, our honeys are produced without artificially feeding the bees but letting them feed on the nectar of the wild flowers of our territories.
