This shortbread smells good of our region. 

Sheep’s Camembert is made by Bergerie du Tilh located a few kilometers from our workshop. 

When you open the package, it smells like a cheese & herb mixture. 

We appreciate the roundness of the cheese and the subtlety of the herbs.
