Audere

Audere LACIOCCOLATA is an artisan reality, born as a chocolate laboratory and is located in ALTOPIEMONTE. In conjunction with the transfer to the new production unit in San Maurizio d’Opaglio (NO), the creation and subsequent distribution of the new brand products begins; Audere LIQUIDA and Audere MATERIA.
The realization of our products begins with the unconditional search for authenticity. The processes and transformations follow one another, in coexistence with the products of our territory. Our recipe is simple: few ingredients, the essential and exclusively natural ones.
We use only the best cocoa beans and select them manually, mono-origin cocoa, and only superior quality cocoa butter.
We only use raw sugar. We source this healthy and precious ingredient from the only Italian company that grows and produces raw sugar from beetroot.
Audere LIQUIDA and Audere MATERIA,
we make Juices, Nectars, and Compotes; our fruit grows in Italy and is harvested exclusively during the period of spontaneous ripening.
The use of fresh and ripe fruit guarantees the highest quality of the raw material and the most suitable amount of naturally contained sugars.
