We have also included a care instruction and a flyer from Authentic Blades for you. The packaging is wrapped with a ribbon made of raffia. Notes on use: Please do not use it for chopping bones or chopping frozen food. The hardening of the cutting area enables maximum sharpenability with a long service life, but there is a risk of blade breakage if the tool is used incorrectly. Not suitable for dishwashers. On your own behalf: The knives are made entirely by hand by small family businesses in Vietnam. A comparison with the quality of CNC lasered and sharpened mass-produced goods is unnecessary. Each handle is carved by hand and the blades are cut out with large tin snips without punching. The knives may have small blemishes. However, these do not reduce their suitability for everyday use and operational strength, but rather enhance their individuality and specialness.
