Avô Abilio extra virgin olive oil is perfectly balanced: fruity, sweet and powerful at the same time, it offers low acidity and endless possibilities for enjoying it. Harvested from the end of November using traditional methods by producer families, the olives are taken to the mill to be cold extracted. The quality and aromas are thus perfectly preserved. We number our bottles and name the harvests according to what they inspire in us from year to year.
