Matcha from Japan

Green tea leaves from the second harvest of the year. The leaves are harvested, dried and ground by a cooperative located in the Kagoshima region on the Pacific coast of Japan. Preparation: Mix 1g of matcha powder in a cup with a little hot water to remove lumps. Then heat around 180ml of the milk of your choice and pour it into your cup.
