Spelled is distinguished by a very particular flavour: its use transfers a unique aroma to the pasta, leaving an aftertaste similar to hazelnut. Spelled pasta represents an interesting variant as regards the consumption of cereals. In fact, it has remarkable characteristics: high digestibility, low glycemic index and is a source of fibre, antioxidants, vitamins and mineral salts. Ingredients: Spelled flour, durum wheat semolina, water. May contain traces of soy, eggs and molluscs. Slow drying at low temperature. Cooking time: 7 minutes
