Wholemeal tagliolini

Dry wholemeal pasta derived from one of our ancient durum wheat semolina which you can also find in the shop. It is the "Reddish" semolina: ideal for those who love the wholemeal "flavor". “Reddish” manages to transfer all its characteristics to the pasta, thanks also to the craftsmanship, creating an extremely particular and refined product. May contain traces of soy, eggs and molluscs. Slow drying at low temperature. Cooking time: 7 minutes
