The range of "Duck Snacks" stems from our classic: "Peasant Snacks" in which we replaced poultry liver with duck liver. This gives them a more assertive taste and a slightly more sustained texture. In this case we have the green pepper from Madagascar which comes to enhance the taste of the pâté and give it its very particular flavor.
