The Baron de Roquette-Buisson cannery is a family and artisanal cannery created in 1989 by my father Louis-Charles de Roquette-Buisson, today we are the equivalent of 3 people and are committed to perpetuating the tasty recipes of our ancestors. The vast majority of our supplies have been made locally from the same artisan producers for over 30 years. Since 2014 at the age of 21, I have taken up the family torch to continue this story and develop it, while keeping the same values as those who came before me. All our products comply with the Inco standard and other rigorous European standards, they are free from allergens, dyes, preservatives, added sugars, or other E that our time loves so much.
