Truffle olive oil - 25cl

A gentle and subtle marriage between our famous 100% Arbequina olive oil and the best truffle: Tuber aestivumroberto.   Made in Catalonia in the Siurana Designation of Origin zone, this oil is exclusively extracted from the Arbequina variety.   Obviously from a first cold pressing, this oil is very, very soft (its acidity is less than 0.2°) and without “ardency”.   Perfect for seasoning pasta, rice, sauces, grilled meats or whatever you want!
