Ginger harvested like orange in the region of Itasy, (Central West of Madagascar), cinnamon and nutmeg from Vatovavy-Fitovinany (South East) draw the candied contours of this marmalade, while remaining discreet. Under the tooth, the small pieces of skin, delicately crushed, prolong the pleasure. In the finish, we keep this sublime and fresh burst of citrus, with a feeling of having benefited from an additional reserve of energy for the day. This marmalade can be enjoyed on toast or crispy rusks for breakfast
