Homemade fruit-based preparation.  Enjoyed like a jam and offers many other opportunities because it is more concentrated in fruit and less sweet than a jam.             Spicy Sweet Potato Here she is, this princess from the Analamanga countryside, under her velvety finery, who comes to whisper sweet things to you.  She could do without the cane sugar, but these two love each other so much that their mixed moods invade your taste buds.  So what is this?  Chestnut cream?  It is surely the effect of vanilla, all roundness, offset by a discreet but effective clove.  You will enjoy this sweet potato cream spread on a lightly toasted but very generously buttered piece of toast, or simply with a spoon (or even your finger!)for a gourmet tasting accompanied by a sugar-free tea.
