🍯 SPONTA HONEY 2021 🍯 A spontaneous fermentation beer (no drippings, no added yeast) with a nice kick of all-flower organic honey straight from the apiary of La Tour (Barcelona, 26). 🐝🥊 Aged 15 months in barrels having contained the Brut Ale Cerise from @bieres_monochrome for 8 months previously. This beer is the result of a completely natural fermentation carried out by the flora of the barrel as well as that of the honey! 🍻 🎠 BRIEF! Rather than HHII-HAN the best is to make your own HI-HHAAN in tasting HIH-HAN 🎠 ❓You know Blue Donkey brewery❓ Well that's us too! 😁 Since our beginnings, we have also been working on a program of spontaneous fermentations and mixed fermentations which correspond more to the world of wine with long aging in barrels. 🍷 Unlike Monochrome, where we seek to create very specific tastes by working on the product from start to finish, here we work to support the product, trying to orient it without imposing our wishes on it. 🧐 We will eventually add fruits or plants from our region, which we will have picked ourselves or which we will collect from our friends, winegrowers, market gardeners or horticulturists to take full advantage of the mosaic of flavors that our environment offers us. 🌱🍇🍑🍯
