Traditional stick of Guarana liana from Amazonian Agro Ecology, 100g.

Guarana from wild strain of Amazonia in traditional stick +/-100g. Pure quality, fair trade and certified production of Amazonian Agro Ecology. Cooked and dehydrated in a clay oven, plundered and mixed with water, rolled then smoked for more than a month. Ready to be grated and made into a powder:) Can be kept for more than 10 years! Guarana is a physical and cerebral stimulant used in the Amazon to keep awake and keep the mind active. Alkaline and antioxidant, it does not cause nervousness (ideal for night workers, students...) and is also beneficial in addition to slimming diets for physical and intellectual balance and to increase the body's metabolism. CONCENTRATION, ENERGY, SLIMMING, ENDURANCE! Guarana (Paullinia cupana) is a woody vine native to the Amazon rainforest that climbs trees and produces seeds rich in caffeine, theobromine, xantine, theophylline, trace elements and vitamins. Guarana Biodiversiterre seeds, of wild strain (+/- 200gr of dried seeds per plant), are harvested in the heart of the Amazonian forest. They do not come from intensive and/or organic crops where hybrid strains are grown (3 to 5 kg of dried seeds per plant) which are significantly less rich in tannins than wild strain guarana. Manufacturers use hybrid guarana for its caffeine extract, particularly in the composition of certain so-called "energy" drinks and other world-famous caffeinated sodas. These seeds are traditionally cooked/dehydrated in clay ovens. They are reduced to powder in traditional pestles and mixed with water, therefore without heating or oxidation, in order to maintain their natural balance in tannins/guaranine and keep the trace elements and vitamins. Then, the sticks are placed in traditional clay smokehouses for more than a month, which allows them to be kept for more than 10 years! Net weight: +/-100g. Producers: Samauma Ltda brings together 44 farming families around its Amazonian Agro Ecology (AEA) project for the organic and traditional cultivation of guarana. Most guarana is currently produced under intensive cultivation, which forces many farmers to abandon their traditional activities to move to the city and fall into the infernal cycle of poverty and social marginalization. Samauma ltda brings together since 1996, these 44 families of farmers who cultivate guarana in the traditional way, in the forest or in existing clearings originally created for cassava and banana plantations. Each family thus owns a plot of 70 hectares on average and uses a maximum of 10% of the forest according to a crop rotation. Samauma ltda supports these 44 families by paying them guarana twice the price offered on the local market, by pre-financing the harvests and by promoting their age-old traditional methods by creating the AEA label which defines them via specifications. Thanks to this approach and your solidarity support, the Samauma company is proud to participate in the preservation of 2500 hectares of Amazonian forest in the State of Amazona, to support the culture of the people who inhabit it, to financially relaunch the practices traditional family and community work; and lately, to buy land in the state of Para to avoid agribusiness monocultures and create the ecological and participatory reserve Tauari Jatoba in partnership with the company Biodiversiterre. Importer/distributor: Biodiversiterre, via cargo and soon by sailboat! Directly with the producers, which makes it possible to market its products at very competitive prices and to ensure perfect traceability: a price can be fair for both consumers and producers! Biodiversiterre guarana always comes from agro-ecological cultivation without any chemicals (AEA specifications).
