Altbier Amber Beer - Alc 5.0% Biova Integral Bread Beer is inspired by the recipe for Altbier, a top-fermented dark beer from the Düsseldorf region, enriched with a touch of salt and the color of wholemeal bread. Thanks to the recovery and use of unsold bread, we replace up to 30% of barley malt, allowing a real saving of raw materials and reducing the environmental impact.
