Bock beer - alc 6,3% Biova Bread Beer Milano Rossa is inspired by the Bock recipe: an amber color in which the protagonist is the taste of cereal and in particular the taste of bread crust. It has a delicate savory touch due to the release of salt present in the bread. Thanks to the recovery and use of unsold bread, we replace up to 30% of barley malt, allowing a real saving of raw materials and reducing the environmental impact.
