We strictly use white garlic from farms no more than 50 km from our facilities in the center of Greece using our own equipment and production process, resulting to a range of the highest quality Black Garlic products for those who are passionate for gourmet food but also for a healthier diet.
The idea came from our passion for unique flavors, followed by all the necessary experiments to reach the finest quality fabricating our own smart equipment of the latest digital technology throughout the production procedure and we use only 100% Greek raw materials.
