The oils in our Gastronomic range are cold extracted using exclusively sorted and selected kernels in order to keep only those of the best quality: extra-white kernels. Thanks to its slight bitterness and its persistent aromas of fresh walnuts and pine nuts, the Franquette expresses a perfect taste balance. Oil rich in Omega 3 and antioxidants.
