White wine D.O.Ca. Rioja Altos del Rubio

Denomination: D.O.Ca. Rioja. Type: young Cepas Viejas white wine. Grapes: made exclusively with hand-picked Viura variety grapes from old vines that are more than 70 years old. Tasting notes: Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, bright and clean; very aromatic. Fruity aromas (pineapple and pear). In the mouth it is balanced and with a very well integrated refreshing acidity. It has a long and pleasant aftertaste full of nuances. Consumption temperature: Between 6°C and 10°C Pairing: Ideal to accompany all types of fish, fried or seafood. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif and with a wide variety of tapas.
