Light Hemp Seed Flour in 250g sachets.   100% pure, without preservatives and additives.   Obtained from the seed produced in the Castello Monticelli garden, cold pressed and ground which leaves its properties unaltered. Food rich in vitamins, vegetable proteins, fibre, mineral salts, omega 3 and omega 6.   Does not contain gluten.     Recommendations for use: ideal for bread-making, for making pizzas and for use in pastry shops.   It should be mixed with other natural flours in a percentage of 10 to 20%. 100% hemp flour
