Our pistachio pesto is a very special kind of pesto. It is particularly characterized by its purity and simplicity. We use 70% pistachios from Bronte, also known as "Pistacchio Verde di Bronte D.O.P". The "green gold" from Bronte is considered the best pistachio in the world! The cultivation region at the foot of Mount Etna promises perfect geoclimatic conditions and ensures the unmistakable green color of the pistachio and its taste. The hearty pistachio pesto is the epitome of delicious food. Its delicate, but highly intense pistachio taste is absolutely in the foreground. We deliberately paid attention to a very subtle seasoning. Whether on fish, on meat, in pasta, as antipasti or as a bruschetta spread - our pesto is ready to use and always an absolute highlight.
