Meteor IPA is a recipe designed for lovers of frank but melted bitterness, looking for gourmet sensations. Its particularity lies in its very fruity personality, obtained thanks to the hops which were added raw during maturation, to preserve the essential oils! Organoleptic presentation: Foam: cream colored, dense and tenacious Color: dark, cloudy Nose: very fruity, typical of exotic fruits thanks to Simcoe hops and a secret experimental Alsatian hop ;)! Taste: a malted brew with notes of “caramel” with a soft content which serves as a basis for the expression of intensely fruity hops (strong notes of mango and passion fruit).
