Its particularity lies in its very fruity personality, obtained thanks to the hops which were added raw during maturation, to preserve the essential oils! This India Pale Ale was designed for lovers of a frank but melted bitterness. Its color is cloudy, dark blonde in color topped with a cream-colored foam, rather dense and persistent. On the nose, we find aromas of exotic fruits. On the palate, we can distinguish a fine sparkle with very fruity hop flavors: notes of mango and passion fruit. Served with spicy dishes, exotic salads or grilled beef, this beer will enhance your cuisine. Organoleptic presentation: Foam: cream colored, dense and tenacious Color: dark, cloudy Nose: very fruity, typical of exotic fruits thanks to Simcoe hops and a secret experimental Alsatian hop ;)!
