The Blueprint Gin is a truly extraordinary gin, which, in addition to the harmonious composition of the herbs, fruits and spices used and the exquisite, mild taste, can still convince with its traditional production method. The composition of the botanicals is unusual and unique. In addition to the juniper berries, we use, among other things, cubeb pepper, lavender, orange blossom, lemon peel, liquorice, fennel and fresh cinnamon blossoms. All production steps are carried out by hand, including the filling of the elegantly designed bottles. It gets its blue color from a flower, to which all sorts of positive effects are attributed in Asia - in Ayurvedic medicine, the flower is used for a better memory, against stress and as a mood-enhancer. A splash of lemon (or other acid) turns the gin purple, which is another highlight of this gin. The blueprint gin has a fresh, elegant aroma. The typical juniper notes are supported by herbal hints. Cardamom, fennel, the light spice of Kubebenpepper, but also the citrus fruits are very easy to recognize. The orange and cinnamon blossoms used ensure a wonderful, light, floral aroma and round off the taste bouquet in a harmonious way. The combination of the various, sometimes unusual, botanicals ensure an extremely complex and fresh play of aromas - a unique experience. The taste of the Blueprint Gin is soft, mild and fruity. The mouth feel is warming and gentle. In addition to juniper berries, coriander and lemon peel, hints of pepper, cinnamon and ginger can be seen in the background. This light spiciness goes very well with the fruity, mild basic tone of the blueprint gin and thus provides complexity and depth.
