Our pasta is made without dyes and is obtained after a long drying phase, to maintain the high quality and organoleptic and nutritional properties of the wheat. The format we offer is that of caserecce, one of the artisanal pistachio pasta formats most appreciated by our customers. 8 minutes are enough to cook our pistachio pasta and you can enjoy an excellent and delicious first course, to be accompanied with our pesto and our pistachio grains.
