Legend - Dry White

This white wine is fermented and aged in barrels. It is a process that we appreciate because it gives a lot of fat to the wine through prolonged contact with the lees and the wood. This also gives it a very particular aromatic. Unfined, unfiltered, may have a slight deposit in the bottle.
