Jerk Marinade

The original blend – this recipe is very close to Buzzrocks heart. The jerk Marinade comes with all the flavours you have come to expect from an authentic jerk experience. This is a spicy sauce and seasoning, bursting with natural flavours. There is an abundance of spice, scotch bonnet heat and sweet tones. Flavourful dinners do not need to be timely, simply marinate for 15 minutes or up to 24hours and then cook.
