Jerk is a well-loved way of seasoning and cooking in Jamaica. This rub is earthy and spicy blended in small batches so you get the freshest ground spices. Great to rub rub on to your chosen protein, griddle, oven bake, over coal or cook in a traditional Jerk pan.
