Sweet Malvasia Sparkling Pearl

Perla Dolce, sparkling wine of Nobili wines. GRAPES – Perla Dolce is made from 100% Malvasia Aromatica di Candia grapes which has its origins in Ancient Greece and the Island of Crete. VINIFICATION – Perla Dolce follows the Charmat method with selected yeasts, a fine bouquet of apple, peach and wild flowers. The second fermentation takes place in a single autoclave and the refermentation and bottling take place in isobaric conditions. DESCRIPTION – The Perla Dolce has a pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections and is dry, soft and fresh. This sparkling wine is adaptable to many occasions from an aperitif to an elegant dinner or a toast for an important occasion.
